How do I reserve a parking space?

There are 5 simple steps you need to follow for a successful confirmation.
  • Select your desired departure airport, parking dates and click search.
  • Select a parking lot and click on an available product with the button “park here”.
  • Choose the arrival/departure time for this parking lot.
  • Complete your contact and payment information.
  • You will get a confirmation and ticket via email. Bring your ticket when arriving at the parking lot.
  • You will receive a confirmation which you will bring along in your mobile phone.

How do I pay?

Once you have made your reservation with your details you will be asked to pay online. You can use Paypal, SEPA, GiroPAy, Debit, or Credit Card to pay for your reservations.

What is the Service fee?

To each transaction, a service fee is added. The charge assists us with putting resources into new benefits and permits Parkobility to take care of the expenses of working our foundation while giving industry-driving client care, preparing and satisfaction administrations, and progressing activity and support.

Is there any cancellation fee?

You will not be charged if you cancel your booking 24 hours before the start of the booking time. Within 24 hours you will be charged with only the service fee. You can cancel your booking via the link here.

Are there any additional charges?

The price you pay for your reservation at the end of your booking has all taxes and fees bifurcated. There are no additional or hidden charges.

Can I reserve more than one spot?

Yes, you can reserve more than one spot.

What if I stay longer than my booking period?

In this case, you can contact us with your complete booking details and we will resend you the booking confirmation.

How do I modify my reservation?

If you have changed your travel plans or have given the wrong information, please cancel your reservation and make a new one with the correct details. A full refund will be provided, if you cancel before the reserved time of your booking.

Will I be charged in US or Canadian funds?

All US airports will charge in US dollars. For airports in Canada it depends on the parking facility.

How far ahead can I book?

This depends on the parking facility. A lot of facilities will not appear in the search, if the preferred booking time is too far in the future. Other facilities have no limit. You can check by changing the booking days.

How can you reach Parkobility?

You can reach us at service@parkobility.com and or choose other ways to contact us. Kindly provide your invoice number for reference.

What if I forget my booking number?

In this case, you can contact us with your complete booking details and we will resend you the booking confirmation.

What if I stay longer than my booking period?

If you stay longer than your booking time you will be charged at the gate for the extension period.

Never received your confirmation number?

If you have booked with us and did receive an error while booking due to which you did not receive the confirmation number, click here to contact us. If you have booked with us, we will send you the confirmation.

When will I get my refund?

The processing of your refund, which may take 3-4 business days, is primarily handled by our payment providers, not by us directly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
